Friday Unit Target skills: I Can identify basic sewing equipment/uses, and successfully attach felt pieces to fabric by applying the vertical hem stitch and outline stitch! I Can identify at least 3 basic parts of a sewing machine along with their functions, and after paper sewing know all the important parts and the basics of threading and operation. I Can thread, operate, and use a sewing machine properly, and complete a To Sew project I Can identify basic pieces of kitchen equipment along with various utensils, and their uses/techniques I Can apply skills and knowledge in a lab situation I Can follow a recipe properly measure and apply skills in a lab situation I Can discuss 5 DO's/Don'ts of kitchen safety/microwaves as well as measure ingredients properly |
